Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or U.S. Priority Mail, depending
on the product and destination. Under normal conditions, orders will be
shipped from our Volente, Texas
location within
72 business hours.
Note: UPS and FedEx do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Please remember this when choosing shipment options. To calculate the
shipping time for your order, please refer to the Ground Chart at fedex.com.

Some items ship directly from our purveyors and will take
extra time for delivery. Please understand that, at times,
delays may be necessary due to weather, international availability, or
other conditions.
Items ordered in one transaction may arrive in multiple boxes and at varying times.
If you have given us a valid e-mail address, you will
automatically receive a notification e-mail directly from UPS, FedEx
or the U.S. Postal Service that contains the tracking number for your package.

Guaranteed Expedited Delivery
For FedEx Guaranteed Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day delivery,
please note your selection in comments box at check-out.
You will be charged for the actual guaranteed delivery
charge. Expedited shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Priority Mail, which averages 2-3 days, not guaranteed.
P.O. Box Addresses
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes can only be sent via the U.S. Postal Service, which may require additional postage that will not show on your transaction details. If additional charges are required, we will notify you by phone or e-mail for authorization before proceeding with your order. Expedited shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Priority Mail, which averages 2-3 days, not guaranteed.
APO/FPO, U.S. Territory and International Addresses
Pacific Rim Gourmet cannot ship to U.S. military & territory addresses and addresses outside the US.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may designate multiple recipients for the products you purchase on our website. When checking out, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address for each recipient. To expedite future transactions, you may save a list of gift recipient addresses when you create an account with Pacific Rim Gourmet.
Shipping Orders on a Specific or Delayed Date
If you would like our warehouse to send your package on a certain or delayed date, please let us know by communicating those details in the Special Instructions field at check-out.
