Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Return Policy
If you would like to return merchandise, please repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship it to you, and include a copy of the sales receipt or packing list. Send it to:

If you ship via U.S. Mail, make sure to ship the product with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation so you can verify delivery of the package.

If the merchandise is returned in resalable condition, we will gladly refund you for the merchandise charge and any applicable sales tax. However, we are unable to credit you for Shipping & Handling charges.

Exchanges
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you prefer over one you have already received, please place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted one. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Cancellations
If you place an order with us and find you need to cancel it for whatever reason, please email us at info@pacificrim-gourmet.com.  If your order has not already been shipped, we will be happy to cancel your order and refund your credit card.  If, however, your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
